Eggstractor Egg Peeler

If you spend a good deal of time entertaining houseguests, the Eggstractor can relieve you of one of the most time intensive tasks when preparing egg dishes - peeling the hardboiled eggs!

The Eggstractor is simple to use. Add salt, water, and eggs to a pot and bring it to a full boil making sure all of the eggs are completely covered in water. After eggs have been at a roiling boil for 6-8 minutes remove eggs from hot water and rinse them in cold water. After rinsing immediately place eggs in ice water. Leave eggs in ice water for at least 12 minutes.

Use the piercer on the base of the Eggstractor Egg peeler to crack the egg. With the small end of the egg facing up place the egg in the base of the Eggstractor. Place Eggstractor over the egg and push straight down on the top of the Eggstractor. Done! Perfect peeled boiled eggs!
