Inside Approach
The Inside Approach swing trainer consists of a plastic stand with a cushioned arm. With the cushioned arm aiming down the target line a golf ball is placed under the front of the cushioned arm. If, when the golfer takes a swing at the ball, their swing is outside-to-inside, the club will hit the cushion. This outside-to-inside swing is one of the biggest reasons a golfer will slice the ball.
And this is what Inside Approach was created to cure. In fact, as advertised on the Golf Channel, the Inside Approach system offers the "Six Swing Challenge" which professes to cure a golfer of the slice within six swings!
While no golfer can claim to cure their slice in six swings with the Inside Approach unless they can prove so on the golf course, the Inside Approach is considered by many to be the best tool on the market to 'fix' the slice. This is because the Inside Approach offers immediate feedback on a poor swing. A poor swing results in the club crashing into the Inside Approach cushioned arm.
